2 Is there 24-hour security at the hotel?

Yes, we have a 24-hour Reception team to ensure your safety.

3 Is access to rooms secured by key card?

Yes, all rooms use a key card access system.

4 Are there smoke alarms in the hotel?

Yes, smoke alarms are installed for your safety.

5 Is there CCTV surveillance?

Yes, we have CCTV in common areas such as the lobby. Please note that there is limited CCTV coverage outside the property and not in the corridors.

Yes, complimentary toiletries are provided for guests.

7 Are electric kettles provided in the rooms?

Yes, electric kettles are available in all rooms.

Yes, these services are available upon request at Reception.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with an electric kettle.

Yes, the hotel has an elevator/lift for guest convenience.

16 Can I book a taxi from the hotel?

Yes, we can organise a taxi for you at the Reception.

17 Is the staff multilingual?

Yes, our team can assist in multiple languages to a certain extent.

18 Does Edward Hotel offer concierge services?

Yes, our Reception team is happy to assist with concierge-style support throughout your stay.

19 Do you have car park?

Yes, we do have car park however we do not take reservations for it. It is strictly first come – first serve basis. Charge is £35 a night (from 2pm to 11am). Please, be kind to our Staff.

20 Can I smoke in the hotel?

No, smoking is strictly forbidden within the premises including bedrooms, corridors and fire exits. By smoking in the hotel, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and security deposit will not be returned.

21 Do you take security deposit on arrival?

Yes, we do take security deposit in cash or on card, £50 per room per stay. Cash is being returned on departure day after inspection of the room. Pre-authorisation is being released on departure after inspection of the room, however it may take up to 10 working days to be returned. This depends on the bank.

22 What time is check in and check out time?

Guaranteed check in is from 2pm onwards, Check out is by 11am. Late check out is subject to availability and additional charge.
